Terms of Service
Booking, stay and personal data rules for SUN.APARTMENTS.
1. General provisions
- These terms define the rules for booking, renting and staying in apartments managed under the SUN.APARTMENTS brand.
- Making a reservation means accepting these terms.
2. Booking and payment
- Reservations can be made through the website, booking portals or by phone.
- A 100% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- For reservations made directly via sun.apartments, the guest may cancel under the following refund rules:
- If cancellation is reported more than 14 days before arrival, 90% of the paid amount is refunded. The remaining 10% is retained as an administrative fee.
- If cancellation is reported less than 14 days before arrival, the paid amount is non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days to the account used for payment.
3. Stay period and check-in
- The stay period runs from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Check-in is remote and takes place using access codes sent after the deposit has been paid. Detailed instructions are sent on the day of arrival.
4. Apartment rules
- Smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
- Parties and social events are not allowed.
- The number of people staying in the apartment may not exceed the number declared in the reservation.
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may involve an additional fee.
5. Guest responsibility
- The guest is financially responsible for any damage to furnishings or technical equipment caused by the guest.
- Any faults or issues should be reported to the SUN.APARTMENTS team without delay.
6. Complaints and personal data
- Complaints should be submitted by email to info@oomph.apartments. They will be reviewed within 14 days.
- Personal data is processed only for the purpose of providing the rental service, in line with the GDPR privacy policy available on sun.apartments.
7. Personal data processing (GDPR)
- The data controller is Oomph Apartments Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Burakowska 16B lok U1, 01-066 Warsaw, operating under the SUN.APARTMENTS brand.
- Personal data such as first name, last name, phone number, email address and home address is processed only for:
- performing the apartment rental agreement,
- tax and accounting obligations,
- possible claims handling.
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to complete a reservation.
- Data is stored for the period necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
- The guest has the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of their data.
- Data is not shared with third parties, except entities authorized by law and service-support partners such as payment systems or an accounting office.
